Give the gift of handmade. Each star is made with a glass loop at the top, making them easy to hang in a window with ribbon, twine or fishing line. They look great as wall décor, suncatchers in a kitchen window, or hanging in the back yard. The possibilities are endless.
Cross Ornaments are handblown by a team of skilled glassblowers at Luke Adams Glassblowing Studio in Norwood, Massachusetts. A hot, molten gather of glass is taken from the furnace onto a pipe. The glassblower adds colored frit to the glass and reheats. Another layer of clear glass is applied. The glassblower then carefully shapes the glass into a cross using a set of steel tools and adds a loop at the top. The piece is then placed into an annealer to gradually cool down overnight… and voilà !
